Burlington Odd Fellows
Vendor Guidelines
The Burlington Odd Fellows are hosting the Warm Fuzzies Pop Up Valentine Gift Shop from 12-3pm on Saturday, February 10th in the lodge hall at 1416 North Avenue, Burlington, VT. Please review our guidelines, and upon selection be prepared to sign a vendor agreement.
Our hall is small but mighty. For this pop up gift shop and the nature of Valentine's Day, two vendors will share a spot that accommodates a 6 foot table. Vendors may apply for a "double" and reserve two spaces for a full 6 foot table (with the expectation that the donation amount is doubled). Vendors may bring additional fixtures, but please indicate those in your application for appropriate planning.

Folding chairs are available for all vendors. A limited number of tables can be provided as well. Electricity is not standard, but may be available. WiFi is available. In case of unforeseen emergency circumstances, the Burlington Odd Fellows will cancel the market and, upon request (via email to OddFellowsBTV@gmail.com), return vendor donations. Refunds for other vendor cancellation reasons are not guaranteed, but will be assessed as needed.
The vendor fee for this market is by sliding scale donation. Donations support Odd Market expenses, future Burlington Odd Fellows events and community offerings, the North End Food Pantry, building repairs and improvements, utility costs, and other Burlington Odd Fellows endeavors. Here are some donation suggestions:
Starving Artist: $25
Standard: $40
More to Give: $75
Sponsor: $150
Benefactor: $300
Philanthropist: $500
Wildey: $1,000
Load in starts at 11:15 am. Vendor vehicles must be out of the lot by 11:45am. Street parking is available on Edgemoor Drive, Staniford Road, and other neighboring side streets. On site parking will be reserved for customers.
Vendors are expected to vend from 12pm-3pm unless otherwise indicated by Burlington Odd Fellows representatives. Vendors may use the parking lot for load out beginning at 3pm. Vendors are expected to clear the venue by 4pm.
There are some limitations and restrictions on what can be sold at this event. If vendors are selling consumables, they must be licensed and insured to do so. The following products may not be sold at this event:
