OFFICIAL INVITATION TO ALL IOOF JURISTICTIONS

On behalf of the Grand Lodge of Vermont and our Grandmaster, Christopher Keast, we are pleased to extend a cordial invitation to attend The 177th Annual Session of the Grand Lodge of Vermont on May 8th & 9th, 2026. This session will be held in Queen City Lodge #1, located at 1416 North Ave., Burlington, VT 05408. Please be aware that Queen City Lodge is not wheelchair accessible and that there is a short flight of stairs entering the hall and a flight of stairs leading to the restrooms.

Our Session opens on Friday afternoon at 4PM and reconvenes at Noon on Saturday morning. A valid Odd Fellows Lodge dues card shall be required for admission to the Session. Registration on Friday begins at 3PM and on Saturday at 11AM.

All members from your jurisdiction wishing to attend our session are more than welcome. RSVPs are required. Please have the members contact our secretary if help with lodging is needed and for any further information.

SESSION SCHEDULE

FRIDAY 5/8:

3PM: Grand Lodge Registration / Doors Open
4PM: Grand Lodge Opening Ceremony, GL Degree, and Officer Reports
6:30PM: Potluck Dinner

SATURDAY 5/9:

11AM: Registration and Brunch
12PM: Grand Lodge Reconvenes for all remaining business
6:30PM: All IOOF Member Dinner (RSVP Required)

FRIDAY NIGHT POTLUCK (A Queen City Monthly Event) Themed: “Your Specialty”

Bring the dish you’re known for — the one people always ask you to make again! Whether it’s your famous mac and cheese, a family recipe passed down for generations, a dessert you’ve perfected, or something wonderfully strange that somehow always works, this potluck is all about your personal “specialty.” No rules, no themes, just the dish that feels the most you.
